Should You have a Lavalier Microphone for Your Ceremony?

Even though the sound is so important, it’s something that can easily go overlooked when so much focus is put into capturing the perfect image. As a wedding filmmaker, I know the importance of a great sound. It guides the story! You probably never realized, but have you ever tried to watch something with bad audio? It’s unwatchable. Even worse on events like weddings, there isn’t a way to go back and say …wait! Can you do your vows again? ...LOL Thinking in all this, we use invisible lavalier mic on our brides, groom, and officiants, and record directly from the DJ’s soundboard. In live events, many things can go wrong, and we don’t like to leave anything to chance.

Our couples’ stories are sacred, and we make sure it’s perfectly captured.

Here you can see the difference in the quality of the bride's vows from the audio captured by her lavalier mic and from the groom's lavalier mic. The invisible lav placed on the bride sounds cleaner and crisper in comparison to the groom's lav mic because it's much closer to her than his lavalier.
